2026 Summer Seminar Series: Recordings Now Available
The recordings from the 2026 DRAOI Summer Seminar Series are now available on the DRAOI website.
This year’s series ran across July and August and brought together five presentations spanning the discursive politics of abortion in Northern Ireland, the representation of women political leaders in televised debates, endangered language branding in Ireland and France, gendered language in Dáil Éireann, and the construction of credibility in Egyptian digital health content. Our thanks to Katherine McGrory, Mairead McCann, Chun Chen, Caoimhe Power Gallagher and Noha Atef for sharing their work, and to everyone who joined us over the summer.
We were also due to welcome back Olga O’Toole of the Jagiellonian University, and hope to see her return in a future series.
